Crewy.com Verifications Policy

1. Introduction

At Crewy Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we take user identity verification seriously to ensure the integrity and security of our web application (“App”). This Verifications Policy outlines the procedures and terms regarding the verification of user identities using Stripe.

2. Verification Process

We use Stripe, a third-party service provider, to verify the identities of our users. This process helps maintain the trust and safety of our platform by confirming that users are who they claim to be.

3. Verification Criteria

Verification is conducted at the discretion of Crewy Inc. Users may be required to undergo identity verification for various reasons, including but not limited to:

• Preventing fraudulent activities.

4. Failed Verifications

If a user’s verification attempt fails, they must wait 90 days before attempting to verify their identity again. During this waiting period, users will not be able to access features that require verification.

5. Discretionary Nature of Verifications

Verification is not a right and is conducted solely at the discretion of Crewy Inc. Users are not entitled to verification, and the Company reserves the right to deny verification for any reason. Additionally, Crewy Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any verified status on user accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crewy Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from actions taken based on a user’s verified status. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made by other users, employers, or any third parties who rely on the verified status of a user.

We may update this Verifications Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Verifications Policy.
